Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
